CHARLESTON, WV – Senate Majority Whip Richard Browning (D-Wyoming) says despite any concerns he may have had with the texting bill, he supports it, just as he has in the past two years. SB 211 – the texting bill – makes texting while driving a primary offense and talking on a hand-held device a secondary one. Senator Browning says he had some questions, but those have been answered.
