HB 5087—The purpose of this bill is to establish the Interstate Cosmetology Licensure Compact, create the Interstate Cosmetology Licensure Compact Commission, and provide for the administration of the Compact.
HB 5070—To permit and require real estate brokerage firms to pay realtors leaving the commission they are entitled on open contracts.
HB 5091—Relating to duties of licensees under the West Virginia Real Estate License Act.
