A BILL to amend and reenact article 4, chapter 64 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
Division of Rehabilitation Services to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to the Ron Yost Personal Assistance
Services Board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 4, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 4. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE ARTS
TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-4-1. Division of Rehabilitation Services.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-seventh day of May, two thousand five, authorized under the
authority of section six, article ten-l, chapter eighteen, of this
code, modified by the Division of Rehabilitation Services to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and
refiled in the state register on the eighteenth day of November,
two thousand five, relating to the Division of Rehabilitation
Services (Ron Yost Personal Assistance Services Act Board, 198 CSR
1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of
Rehabilitation Services to promulgate a legislative rule relating
to the Ron Yost Personal Assistance Services Act Board.
