A BILL to amend and reenact §30-6-32 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §30-6-32 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 6. BOARD OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS.
§30-6-32.
Continuation date.
The board Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors shall terminate on continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand seven fifteen, pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished.

(NOTE: The purpose of this is to extend the existence of the Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors.

On page one, section thirty-two, by striking out the section caption and substituting therefor a new section caption, to read as follows:
§30-6-32. Continuation of the Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors.
