A BILL to amend and reenact §30-34-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §30-34-17 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 34. BOARD OF RESPIRATORY CARE PRACTITIONERS.
§30-34-17. Continuation.
The board provided for in this article shall terminate Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners shall continue to exist on until the first day of July, two thousand seven seventeen, unless sooner terminated, continued pursuant to the provisions of that article by legislation enacted prior to the termination date or reestablished.

On page one, section seventeen, by striking out the section caption and substituting therefor a new section caption, to read as follows:
