A BILL to repeal §49-7-31 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to the establishment of a special account in
the Department of Health and Human Resources as the Child
Assessment or In-State Placement Fund.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section relating to establishing a special account
in the Department of Health and Human Resources as the
Child Assessment or In-State Placement Fund.
Section thirty-one, article seven, chapter forty-nine of the
Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.
