A BILL to repeal §50-3-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the requirement that nonresidents secure costs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1.
Repeal of section relating to security bond for costs.

Section five, article three, chapter fifty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the requirement that nonresidents secure costs by posting bond.)
