AN ACT to amend and reenact §30-10-20 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the Board of
Veterinary Medicine.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §30-10-20 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 10. VETERINARIANS.
§30-10-20. Continuation of the Board of Veterinary Medicine.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the West Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine shall
continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand
eighteen, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished.
