A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §30-21-16, relating
to continuation of the Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended
by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-21-16, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 21. PSYCHOLOGISTS; SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS.
§30-21-16. Continuation of the Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the Board of Examiners of Psychologists shall continue
to exist until the first day of July, two thousand eighteen, unless
sooner terminated, continued or reestablished.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue tenure of the
Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
