A BILL to amend and reenact article 10, chapter 64 of the code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
infrastructure and jobs development council to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to the council.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 10, chapter 64 of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 10. AUTHORIZATION FOR BUREAU OF COMMERCE TO PROMULGATE
LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-10-1.
Infrastructure and jobs development council.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-third day of June, two thousand three, authorized under the
authority of section four, article fifteen-a, chapter thirty-one,
of this code, modified by the infrastructure and jobs development
council to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the state register on the
fourteenth day of August, two thousand three, relating to the
infrastructure and jobs development council (infrastructure and
jobs development council, 167 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council to promulgate a
legislative rule relating to the Council.
