A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out
of the treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand four, to the department of military affairs
and public safety - division of criminal justice services -
juvenile accountability incentive, fund 8829, fiscal year
2004, organization 0620, all supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand four.
Whereas
, The governor has established the availability of
federal funds for continuing programs now available for expenditure
in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand
four, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand four, to fund 8829, fiscal year 2004, organization 0620, be supplemented and amended by increasing
the total appropriation as follows:
