A BILL to repeal 17G-1-1, 17G-1-2, 17G-1-3 of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to repeal 17G-2-1, 17G-2-2 and
17G-2-3 of said code, all relating to repealing the Racial
Profiling Data Collection Act.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That 17G-1-1, 17G-1-2, 17G-1-3 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, be repealed; and that 17G-2-1, 17G-2-2 and
17G-2-3 of said code be repealed, all to read as follows:
CHAPTER 17G. RACIAL PROFILING DATA COLLECTION ACT.
§1. Repeal of chapter relating to Racial Profiling Data Collection
Act.
Chapter seventeen-g of the Code of West Virginia, one thousand
nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the Racial
Profiling Data Collection Act.
