Senate President-Lt. Governor Earl Ray Tomblin receives a crystal vase from Marshall University's Dr. Stan Maynard for Senator Tomblin's induction to the June Harless Center Hall of Fame for his work in behalf of public and higher education. The ceremony took place at the Harless Center on the campus of Marshall University.
