Charleston, WV - State Senate Majority Leader John Unger II (D-Berkeley), in conjunction with the mayor and council of the Town of Harpers Ferry and the West Virginia Ethics Commission, will be in Harpers Ferry, WV on July 2nd, 2011 hosting a discussion on ethics, parliamentary procedure and open meetings beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The event will be held at the Harpers Ferry Town Hall.
Marty Wright, Deputy Counsel of the West Virginia Ethics Commission, will be the main presenter.
