Senator Bill Cole, R-Mercer, issued the following statement about the death of former Gov. Arch Moore:
"My thoughts and prayers are with Senator Shelley Moore Capito and her family as they mourn the loss of their father. Governor Moore was a dedicated public servant and decorated World War II veteran. His love of his family, his country, and West Virginia will always be remembered."
