CHARLESTON, W.V. – On behalf of the West Virginia Senate I extend my deepest condolences to former Governor Arch Moore, Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito and their families on the loss of former First Lady, Shelley Riley Moore.

Mrs. Moore was a wonderful woman who gracefully served as the state’s First Lady for twelve years.

Losing a loved one is never easy and I ask all West Virginians to join me in keeping the entire Moore family in our thoughts and prayers for comfort during this difficult time.
