A BILL to amend and reenact §16-42-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to extending the expiration date of the Comprehensive Behavioral Health Commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §16-42-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 42. COMPREHENSIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COMMISSION.
§16-42-7. Expiration of commission.
The commission ceases to exist on two thousand nine
January 31, 2011, or after the submission of the commission's final report, whichever occurs first.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to
extend the expiration date of the Comprehensive Behavioral Health Commission from 2009 to 2011.
