A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of the treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, to the Department of Agriculture, State Conservation Committee, fund 8783, fiscal year 2015, organization 1400, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.

            Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds now available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

            That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, to fund 8783, fiscal year 2015, organization 1400, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:

            The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend and increase an item of appropriation in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year 2015.
