A BILL to amend and reenact §49-7-32 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to transferring the authority to
administer the juvenile justice database from the Department
of Military Affairs and Public Safety to the West Virginia
Supreme Court of Appeals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §49-7-32 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 7. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
§49-7-32. Juvenile justice database.
The
criminal justice and highway safety division of the
Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety West Virginia
Supreme Court of Appeals is responsible for collecting, compiling
and disseminating information in the juvenile justice database.
