A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section seventeen, relating to
authorizing the aeronautics commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to matters pertaining to
aeronautics in the state of West Virginia.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section seventeen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES
AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-17. Aeronautics commission.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
first day of September, two thousand, authorized under
the authority of section three, article two-a, chapter
twenty-nine, of this code, relating to the aeronautics
commission (matters pertaining to aeronautics in the
state of West Virginia, 171 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Aeronautics Commission to promulgate a legislative rule
relating to Matters Pertaining to Aeronautics in the
State of West Virginia.
