A BILL to repeal
§16-27A-1 and
§16-27A-2 of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the ban on
construction of nuclear power plants.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1
. Repeal of article banning construction of nuclear power plants
in West Virginia.
§16-27A-1 and
§16-27A-2
of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, are hereby repealed.
