A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §17-23-4a, relating
to prohibiting salvage yards from storing any salvage within
two hundred yards of a stream.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended
by adding thereto a new section, designated §17-23-4a to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 23. SALVAGE YARDS.
§17-23-4a. Salvage yards prohibited from storing salvage within
two hundred yards of a stream.
Salvage yards may not store any salvage at a distance of two
hundred yards or less from any stream, river or creek.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to prohibit salvage yards
from storing salvage within 200 yards of any stream, river or
creek.
