A BILL to repeal §18-7A-38 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the one hundred forty day limitation that a retired school teacher may teach in public schools.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section limiting the number of days a retired teacher may act as a substitute teacher.
That §18-7A-38 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal §18-9A-38, thus eliminating the one hundred forty day limitation that a retired teacher may teach in public schools.
