A BILL to repeal §19-22-1, §19-22-2, §19-22-3, §19-22-4, §19-22-5, §19-22-6 and §19-22-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to vinegars.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of article regulating vinegars

That §19-22-1, §19-22-2, §19-22-3, §19-22-4, §19-22-5, §19-22-6 and §19-22-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be repealed to read as follows:




NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to remove outdated provisions from the code. The Federal Food and Drug Administration regulates vinegars.

Strike-throughs indicate language that would be stricken from the present law, and underscoring indicates new language that would be added.

Adopted by the Interim Committee on Agriculture and Agribusiness.
