A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-13-6 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to parking areas designated for use by persons with a mobility impairment; removing the requirement that certain parking areas be provided without cost; authorizing certified nurse practitioner or physician's assistant to authorize the issuing of license plates or place cards; requiring certain markings in designated parking areas; increasing the fine for first offense parking violation; and providing that vehicles illegally parking in designated parking spaces may be towed.
