A BILL to repeal §24-2F-3, §24-2F-4, §24-2F-5, §24-2F-6, §24-2F-7,
§24-2F-8, §24-2F-9, §24-2F-10, §24-2F-11 and §24-2F-12 of the
Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the
Alternative and Renewable Energy Portfolio Act.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2F. ALTERNATIVE AND RENEWABLE ENERGY PORTFOLIO STANDARD.
§1. Repeal of sections relating to alternative and renewable
energy portfolio standard.
§24-2F-3, §24-2F-4, §24-2F-5, §24-2F-6, §24-2F-7, §24-2F-8,
§24-2F-9, §24-2F-10, §24-2F-11 and §24-2F-12 of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal certain sections
of the Alternative and Renewable Energy Portfolio Act.
