A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section nineteen, relating to authorizing the board of dental examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section nineteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-9-19. Board of dental examiners.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the fifth day of April, two thousand two, under the authority of section six, article four, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by the board of dental examiners to meet the objections of the legislative rule- making review committee and refiled in the state register on the first day of November, two thousand two, relating to the board of dental examiners (rule for the West Virginia board of dental examiner, 5 CSR 1), is authorized.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Dental Examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Board.
