A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §30-38-20, relating
to granting licensed appraisers copies of PF-11 and PF-12
forms from the county assessor's office for a $3 fee.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended
by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-38-20, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 38. THE REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION
ACT.
§30-38-20. Access to PF-11 and PF-12 forms.
County assessors shall provide licensed real estate appraisers
copies of PF-11 and PF-12 forms for a fee of $3 per parcel.
NOTE:
The purpose of this bill is to give licensed appraisers
access to PF-11 and PF-12 forms from the county assessors office.
§30-38-20 is new; therefore, strike-throughs and underscoring
have been omitted.
