A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to filing and formatting rules and related documents and other documents for publication in the State Register.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Secretary of State.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 6, 2018, authorized under the authority of §29A-2-6 of this code, relating to the Secretary of State (filing and formatting rules and related documents and other documents for publication in the State Register, 153 CSR 6), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to filing and formatting rules and related documents and other documents for publication in the State Register.
