A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public monies out of the Treasury from the balance of monies remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to the Department of Administration, Office of Technology – Chief Technology Officer Administration Fund, fund 2531, fiscal year 2022, organization 0231 and to the Department of Transportation, State Rail Authority – West Virginia Commuter Rail Access Fund, fund 8402, fiscal year 2022, organization 0804 by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the Department of Administration, Office of Technology – Chief Technology Officer Administration Fund, fund 2531, fiscal year 2022, organization 0231 and the Department of Transportation, State Rail Authority – West Virginia Commuter Rail Access Fund, fund 8402, fiscal year 2022, organization 0804, that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund 2531, fiscal year 2022, organization 0231, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:
