A BILL to repeal article twenty-two, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the state lottery act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article creating the state lottery.
Article twenty-two, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the article establishing the state lottery.
