§61-3C-9. Unauthorized possession of computer information, etc.
Any person who knowingly, willfully and without authorization,
possesses any computer data, computer software, computer supplies
or a computer program which he knows or reasonably should know was
obtained in violation of any section of this article shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
fined not less than two hundred nor more than one thousand dollars
or confined in the county jail for not more than one year, or both.
