Repealed.

Acts, 2010 Reg. Sess., Ch. 32. WVC 25 - 1 - 2 §25-1-2. Continuation of the division of corrections.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the division of corrections shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand five, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.
