§49-7-18. Interference with disposition of child punishable as
contempt of court.
A person who interferes with the direction of disposition of
a child in accordance with an order of the court or judge made in
pursuance of the provisions of this chapter, or with the state
department, or a probation or other officer of the court in
carrying out the directions of the court or judge under such an
order, shall be subject to punishment as for contempt of court.
