§49-7-9. Court may suspend sentence, etc., following conviction
under chapter.
A court or judge, upon such convictions as are imposed in
accordance with the provisions of this chapter, may:
(1) Suspend the sentence of a person found guilty of
contributing to the delinquency of a child.
(2) Stay or postpone the enforcement of execution of sentence.
