§47-21-18. Fraud; penalties.
In addition to any other offense set forth in this code, any
person who or licensee which knowingly conducts or participates
in a fraudulently or deceptively conducted raffle with intent to
defraud is guilty of a felony, and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not less than five hundred nor more than ten
thousand dollars, or imprisoned in the penitentiary not less than
one, nor more than five years, or both fined and imprisoned.
