§33-15-13. Policies not to terminate coverage because of
diagnosis or treatment of acquired immune deficiency
syndrome.
No insurer may cancel or nonrenew the accident and sickness
insurance policy of any insured because of diagnosis or treatment
of acquired immune deficiency syndrome.
