§28-3-9. Voluntary inmates of industrial home.
Girls eligible to admission to the Industrial Home may be
admitted thereto at the instance of their parents, guardians, or
next friends, under such agreement as to payment for their
maintenance as may be made with the state commissioner of public
institutions; but all such girls shall be subject to the same
treatment, training and discipline as the other inmates of the
home, and shall be discharged or paroled only in such manner and
under such rules and regulations as are provided for those who
have been regularly committed.
