§16-2D-7a. Coordination and filing with consumer advocate.
Each health care facility or health care provider filing a
certificate of need application with the state agency pursuant to
sections four and seven of this article shall notify the director
of the office of consumer advocacy established pursuant to section
sixteen, article two, chapter thirty-three of this code of said
application by submitting a copy of the same to the office of the
consumer advocate on or before the date of such filing.
