The Committee on Economic Development and Tourism moved to amend the bill on page 11, section 17-16F-10c, line 19, after the word “division” by striking the period, inserting a colon and the following text:

“Provided, That the power of eminent domain may only be exercised by the Division itself and not by any local port authority district.”
