Senator Trump moved to amend the House of Delegates amendment on page six, section forty-nine-a, subsection (c), subdivision (4), after the word “violated”, by striking out the words “any statute in Chapter 61” and inserting in lieu thereof “§61-5-17(h), §61-5-17(i), or §61-5-17(j)”.
