Delegate Capito moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

H.B. 3310 - A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §24-1-1c; to amend and reenact §24-1-2 of said code; and to amend and reenact §24-2-1 of said code; all generally relating to jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission; making legislative findings; modifying definition of public utility; providing limits to the jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission; and providing for rulemaking.
