HB2264 HFA Bates 2-15

            Delegate Bates moves to amend Com Sub for H.B. 2264 on page 10, section 10, following the period on line 55, by inserting the following new paragraph to read as follows:

            “The provisions of this section enacted during the 2021 Regular Session of the West Virginia Legislature become effective on July 1, 2022.”
