Delegate Graves moves to amend the committee substitute on page 27, section 61-8-19d, line 14, by inserting a comma after the word "provided", and adding the following language: "based on the breed, age, general health of the dog and its ability to handle the environment."

            AND,

On page 21, section 19-20-27(3), line 24, after "…dog in an amount not to exceed” by striking 150 and adding “100”.
