Delegate Graves moved to amend the bill on page 24, section 19, line 14, by inserting a new paragraph (H) to read as follows:

“(H) Allow the use of cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, methadone, methamphetamine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, or any anabolic steroid on any animal participating in any contest;”

AND

renumbering the remaining paragraphs accordingly.
