HB2007 HFA Pushkin and Fleischauer 2-17

            Delegates Pushkin and Fleischauer move to amend the Com Sub for HB2007 on page 3, Section 3, line 9, following the semi colon, by inserting a new subdivision (4) to read as follows: “(4) The person is not licensed by the Massage Therapy Licensing Board pursuant to the provisions of §30-37-1 et seq. of this code. Massage Therapy is continued as a lawful  occupation exempted from the provisions of this article and the provisions of §29-33-1 et seq. of the code;” and renumbering subsequent subdivisions of this subsection accordingly.
