The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill on page 4, section 4, following line 10, by inserting a new subdivision (4) to read as follows:

“(4) Submit a fee for a new application of $100 per megawatt of nameplate generation capacity or a fee for any modification of $50 per megawatt of nameplate generation capacity to be deposited into the Wind and Solar Decommissioning Account and utilized for implementing this article and its rules.”;

And,

On page 7, section 4, on line 72 after the word “sited” by striking the period and inserting the following: “and a modification fee of $50 per megawatt of nameplate generation capacity.”
