The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 2011—H. B. 2011 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §29-6-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to eliminating any time requirements for temporary employees to work during a working year to be exempt from classified service; and exempting temporary employees in state forests, parks, and recreational areas from classified service.
