The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page twelve, section one, line three after the phrase “do not apply to” by inserting the following: “§30-2-1 et seq.,”;

To amend the bill on page thirteen, section five, line thirteen, after the word “resident” by inserting the following; Provided, That any person offering telehealth services pursuant to §30-1-26 of this code does not need to meet the residency requirements.;

And,

To amend the bill on page fifteen, section nine, line four, after the word “occupation” by inserting the following; if the board offers or approves a class or classes designed to teach the relevant jurisprudential material and the same is made available to such persons at a cost comparable to other classes required by the board.
