The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page nine, section six, after line one hundred twenty-six, by adding thereto a new subsection, designated subsection (j), to read as follows:

(j) Upon passage, any state of emergency or state of preparedness currently in effect is subject to the provisions of this section.
